Dr. Spitz displays his expertise in so many different innovative areas! I travel an hour to rely on his knowledge! He is one of the best podiatrists I know! Both my husband and myself have had surgeries and both were successful! Most recently, he performed bunion correction, bone spur removal, and a hammertoe adjustment on the left foot! I’m still receiving physical therapy from his top notch, superior support staff! They are amiable, very concerned, and accommodating! Dr. Spitz and staff are highly recommended for foot care needs!

Previously I had a bunion correction with a different doctor 10 years ago but my bunion was not corrected properly and I develop severe pain in my 2nd toe due to hammertoe. I am very happy with Dr. Spitz. I had bunionectomy and hammertoe correction on the right foot on August 25. Their are no visible scars and minimal swelling. I was able to walk after surgery. I would recommend anyone who has bunion and hammertoe. The most important part that Dr. Spitz did not put any screws. He did the surgery threw few millimeters incision. I would recommend anyone who has bunion, hammertoe, heel pain and any other Foot problems.

I Just had a minimally Invasive procedure on my left foot bunion last week performed By Dr Anthony Spitz. About ten years ago I had a traditional bunion surgery on my Right foot bunion. I was In pain for a long Time And had to take Pain killers. Had to use Crutches to walk. The complete healing Took about four months. That’s why I was scared to do the left foot bunion. I couldn’t wear nice shoes to work because of the pain. When I heard about Dr Spitz’s minimally invasive method without screws, I called the the Advanced Foot Care in Wheeling and made the appointment To consult Dr Spitz About my case. Not only he explained The procedure very clearly to me, but I felt very comfortable talking to him. I made my decision Very quickly. Somehow I had a good feeling about the procedure and even better feeling about Dr Spitz because of his personality. Super nice And knowledgeable doctor. I had my surgery five days ago. After coming home I did not have to take any pain killers, only Tylenol. I was able to walk by myself without Using a cane or crutches. Completely different than my experience with my right foot bunion traditional surgery. Now I am in process of healing and will see Dr Spitz on weekly basis Until recovery. Feeling optimistic about fast recovery (for sure not four months). Dr Spitz and his staff (Marina, Victoria, Lana) Got my 10 for Excellent care and service.
